Advertisement Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Hi LADP, Take a look here Lamb Heads for sale. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stunsworth Posted January 15, 2007 Share #2 Posted January 15, 2007 Yummy, I've seen fast food vendors in Turkey selling cooked ones from a mobile cart - they'll chop them in half if you're not feeling too hungry. I think it would have been better if you could have wheeled a bit to the left to remove the table on the right hand side. Still an image I like though. LADP Posted January 15, 2007 Author Share #3 Posted January 15, 2007 I think it would have been better if you could have wheeled a bit to the left to remove the table on the right hand side. I agree that the edge of that table or sink is regrettable. I'm not making any exuses, but I did try jockeying around for a moment in an effort to find the best angle without moving anything around. I also wanted to take the photograph without drawing attention from the guys in the shop, so that precluded the option of asking if I could move the table. Finally, my friends were ahead waiting for me to catch up to them, so I made do with what I had in front of me. Moving to the left would have meant not being able to have the guys line up in the background, or not having the lamb heads so prominently in the foreground. I suppose another option would have been to move just a bit more to the left, and cropping out the lamb head on the far right. Can't go back now. Thanks for looking! lambroving Posted January 18, 2007 Share #4 Posted January 18, 2007 Anthony, Your typical dynamic cine framing on this one! Very colorful and all the elements are arranged quite nicely for a grab shot. As for the table egde, life is like that. Like the exposure and focus on the heads and the color of the other elements in the OOF. DO post more on location when they give you a few moments to breathe.
