sfage Posted October 30, 2010 Share #1 Posted October 30, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) A fool and his money are soon parted. Yes, I know, that's quite original. I'm the first person that has ever said that. I must be dense. I am missing something somewhere. I just bought a z3100 24" printer. It's great. I have the colour balance issues worked out, everything in that regard is jim-dandy. Now if I can just get the blasted thing to print 24X36 inches. There's something I am missing between page setup (mac) and the output of Pshop. I can't seem to frickin' figure out where it is. I repeatedly seem to get a two inch border. Damn it! ... and after spending $500 on three ink cartridges and a roll of paper yesterday, playing with a toy like this "is no joke".

rickp13 Posted October 30, 2010 Share #2 Posted October 30, 2010 in photoshop cs3, in the print menu, there's a box called 'scaled print size' where you can select 'scale to fit media'. (you're right, i don't print from photoshop too often) good luck rick
Guest WPalank Posted October 30, 2010 Share #3 Posted October 30, 2010 I'm on a Mac and use an Epson Go to "Print Settings">Layout and under "Paper Size"> make sure that "Roll Paper (Borderless-Banner)is selected. Also, check that the printer hasn't changed in the upper dropdown. You have to go though each window with a fine tooth comb. One of the reasons I now use the IP RIP.
