Wouldn't be too hard to convert a heavy duty dog lead costing around £5 into a similar strap, albeit a fixed length one. My friend has a heavy-duty sewing machine ... It feels soft on the neck and by extending it you can wear is crossed over the shoulder/under arm. They are made in black, khaki, and red.
