milsu Posted January 15, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted January 15, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Both photos were taken at f1.4 and 1/1000s. Leca lenses are so bright it's almost impossible to shoot with f1.4 on daylight. These were done on two different summer evenings. I'm not sure which one is better. stuny Posted January 15, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted January 15, 2007 Milos - Â I definitely prefer #1 for its richer tones and colors. Lovely framing and angle. I believe it needs some sharpening.
milsu Posted January 15, 2007 Author Share #3 Â Posted January 15, 2007 Thank You, Stuart, I also thought first one was better for the same reasons. No. 1 is a little less sharp, because I focused directly on face, while the other one I focused on closer shoulder, so in picture No. 2 depth of field covers whole figure. At the other side, No. 2 is overexposed, that's because I wasn't patient enough to wait untill Sun goes down a little more.
