Advertisement Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Hi ldhrads, Take a look here Ibis in my back yard. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pauledell Posted October 4, 2010 Share #2 Posted October 4, 2010 Lawrence, The start of a great picture with the colors and sharpness of the bird. I believe it would be much stronger if you cropped off the clutter from the top and some off of both sides to make it a vertical format. The stuff at the top and left just above the bird is distracting and there is too much wasted space on either side. Paul

pauledell Posted October 4, 2010 Share #5 Posted October 4, 2010 Lawrence, The third shot is far better than the original but perhaps you may have made it a little too tight on the sides. Even better, you could crop more from the foreground (about half of the grass) and leave the tight crop on the sides. At any rate you have gone in the right direction IMO.
