Dirk Van der Herten Posted January 13, 2007 Share #5 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Nice image, hontoni kire desu. It's remarkable how little noise there is at 1250 ISO.
Asagaya Posted January 13, 2007 Author Share #6  Posted January 13, 2007 Thanks, firiends,  The objects are made by soft plastic or acrylic fiber. I've also seen 'glass' color beans by Murano glass in Venetia. They are beautifl in sunlight, whereas these plastic are beautiful in synthetic light.  Best  Asagaya

arthury Posted January 14, 2007 Share #9 Â Posted January 14, 2007 Very soothing tones but attractive tones. Were you shooting the ISO 1250 ones in JOG or DNG? Â If they were in DNG, how far did you slide the Noise Reduction in PhaseOne to?

Were you shooting the ISO 1250 ones in JOG or DNG? If they were in DNG, how far did you slide the Noise Reduction in PhaseOne to?  Thank you. Sorry for confusion. As mentioned above in thes thread, this particular pic is taken at ISO 640, with B+W486IR filter. However, I took several others at 1250 such as: Welcome, dear visitor! The format was DNG. I just processed it by Capture One LE, this case without any touching. I also used Leica_M8_JHR_v1 profile for color management.  Best  Asagaya
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!  Depending on the objects, the gap between 640 and 1250 differs, but I found not much in this series.
