elansprint72 Posted January 7, 2007 Share #4 Posted January 7, 2007 Ed, imho, this should be in Ron's shadow thread. What happens when all those blobs of gum meet up? End of the universe as we know it? Nice one! Pete.
stuny Posted January 7, 2007 Share #5 Posted January 7, 2007 Ed - Fabulous. Terrific composition, tonal range, depth, details and nice touch of color. I've not tried that yet -- How do you do it?
MrEd Posted January 8, 2007 Author Share #6 Posted January 8, 2007 Hi John, Paul, Pete, Thanks so much for the positive comments. I'm glad you like it. Stuart, You know, I really don't have the time to play with Photoshop anymore, I'm using a simple freebie from Google; Picasa 2.5.0 and it has VERY simple self-explanatory features. The one I used on this particular photograph is the "Focal B&W" feature in the "Effects" section. Whatever changes I make, stays in Picasa, and leaves the original file untouched. Give it a try and let me know if you like it. Regards, Ed. .
MrEd Posted January 8, 2007 Author Share #7 Posted January 8, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Pete, I already posted two other shots on Ron's Shadow Thread. Perhaps I would get more feedback posting it on its own. Thanks. Regards, Ed. .
