I didn't feel attacked, you just wrote that this person was "lucky enough to have someone who cares enough to choose an appropriate learning device". I don't agree,

 

he didn't care about that...it was just: "I will buy what I heard is the best (and most expensive), so that must be ok". He has no clue what he bought". I consider it very careless actually.

 

Probably he heard it from an asshole of a salesman who thinks this guy is rich enough to sell him a Leica. And when the woman came back to ask how to use it, the salesman didn't bother telling more then put in in A mode and it will be all ok. BTW, the salesman also drives a porsche the woman told me.

 

For me these people are careless assholes who wave around with money and thinking that makes them great guys.
