I have a 40mm Summicron-C I'd like to modify the bayonett to display the 35mm frame instead of the 50. I'd like to know if anybody knows a specialist who can do that in Munich, to come and give it to him. Thanks Mathieu

veraikon Posted August 9, 2010 Share #3 Posted August 9, 2010 I did it myself. There exists a good explanation (en francais) for the modification. It is really simple: summilux.net :: Voir le sujet - Modification Nokton 40mm 1,
ErichF Posted August 9, 2010 Share #4 Posted August 9, 2010 Jawoll! So wird einem französischem Leicerianer geholfen. Und dann soll noch einer sagen, Deutschland sei eine Service-Wüste und die Deutschen seien Stoffel.
kirikou Posted August 9, 2010 Author Share #5 Posted August 9, 2010 Hello, Thanks Veraikon but I didn't want to do it by myself ! I don't have any good skills in cleaning/repairing stuff I went to this place, an " old school" repair guy. The guy is actually french but living in Munich for 30 or 40 years ! He did the job for 20 euros, 1 hour later I had it. I just cleaned a little bit more the lens and it went fine. He also repair all analog cameras, maybe it can help. Thanks ! Guy has a very nice and complete titanium M6 for sale with Summicron 50 ti..
