}{B Posted July 15, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 15, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Leica M4P & 35mm Summicron - Ilford XP2 EI 800 At the National Railway Museum York. I didn't get the whole of the crown at the top of the photo which is a pity. I'm not sure if this was just carelesness on my part or the M4P frame lines not showing exactly what was on the negative. I tried to frame the shot as tightly as I could at the time to exclude the very dark background.

}{B Posted July 21, 2010 Author Share #4 Posted July 21, 2010 Thanks all. Again the lighting in the museum was such that photgraphing entire locos was very difficult. In this case natural daylight fell on the front of the train which made it an obvious choice for a shot. When I zoom in using Lightroom I can read the engraving running round the edge of the circular plaque.
