stuny Posted July 14, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 14, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm positng this one, as well as the GTO (goat) since Barbara liked the shot and subject. A Ferrari California roadster, with folding hard top. It's one of the very few cars with a folding hard top that still retains a pleasing profile with the top up. The first folding hardtop, an American Ford Fairlane of about 1958 was very ungainly, top up or down, due to its exceptionally long section behind the passenger compartment -- Longer than the front. About 6:20 this overcast, drizzly morning.

pauledell Posted July 14, 2010 Share #2 Posted July 14, 2010 Stuart, I'm sure Barbara would be pleased if you would purchase it for her and present it with a red ribbon tied around it. Paul

Actually, I'm wondering if some coach-builder (horse powered variety) did not do one MUCH earlier!!!!
