dewittehd Posted July 14, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 14, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I noticed on at least two occasions that dirt accumulated on the pressure plate, thereby severely scratching the backside of the film. As I normally try to avoid dust and the likes when changing film, I am wondering what causes this. Anybody else with same experience and advice? Thanks in advance, John

Anybody else with same experience and advice? Thanks in advance, John Changing lenses and film causes this. Advice is to change lenses pointed to the ground. When changing film, do it in a clean spot. Also use a rocket blower if it's already dirty. Check and clean before closing
