Thanks for the Ciesta link. Nice camera bags but the only problem is, with most if not all, camera bags are that they are too big for the X100 or X1. It defeats the purpose of owning a small camera if you bag is ginormous. Small, compact, efficient; that's what I'm looking for. So far, the Gariz camera bags are the only ones that fit this profile. I just wish they would use better quality leather and no buttons and no snaps (they can, over time, damage cameras). While we are at it, even though Gariz doesn't use velcro, I should say that using velcro is another cardinal sin in camera bag design.

Lovely.

And as practical as Louboutins in a landslide. Tremendous triumph of style over commonsense.

Yes, the girl probably has more style than common sense, but I'd still add her to my collection.

Lets talk bags for a second. What do you guys use to carry your M9? I already have large and medium size bags, but looking for a small camera bag that will protect my M9 from rain/moisture and cushion it properly for transport. I am not looking to carry a bunch of lenses, just one (maybe two tops including the one on the body). I would prefer not to get a Leica branded bag; something a little less conspicuous.

Anyone have suggestions? I could always go to Wal Mart, but I figure the good people of this board may have some creative suggestions for small bags that are user friendly and built for durability & protection.

I use a Kata DC433. Its small but has hard sides so the camera feels protected. There are also two zip pouches at the side for SD cards and wipes.

Its cleverly designed. The strap hooks swivel, so you can never sling it over your shoulder the "wrong way".

This is the smallest bag I could find that would hold the M8/M9 with a small-medium lens
