Of these, only 5 have chosen the lasagne starter, so, unless we have a late run on attendees and lasagne-lovers, it looks like people's alternative choices to the lasagne will need to be invoked. I will publish a summary of choices at the end of the mointh, when I send it to the restaurant. If anyone hasn't yet responded to the call for choices, please do so here. Stefan Guys I saw your meeting right now and it's really a pity I can't add to the dinner, my mother is really very ill and I don't know what may happen or where I will be on that date. I hope you enjoy your meeting I replied to this message for another reason.. just in case someone of you would ever visit Liguria... Maybe "classic" Lasagne are obsolete but have you ever tasted ligurian green lasagne made with chestnut flour and garnished with pesto sauce ? This is one of the hundreds images you may find over google (a vegetarian variant with almonds on top) and celery instead of genoese basil, however the look is quite similar. This looks like it could be a very good evening I look forward to seeing everyone, both at lunchtime and in the evening if you can make it. Just for the sake of "interest", here's how the choices for menu went. There are three vegetarians amongst us, so they don't appear on this list, of course, and there will be 27 of us around the table.
