DRabbit Posted June 22, 2010 Share #1 Posted June 22, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) As part of my PAD Project, and for Father's Day I went down to a favorite pier to take a shot of a Seagull for my Dad. He was a big fan of the beach and one of his favorite books was "Jonathan Livingston Seagull." He passed away in 2001. Quote from the book: "We can lift ourselves out of ignorance, we can find ourselves as creatures of excellence and intelligence and skill. We can be free! We can learn to fly!" Titled: "Farther" M8 + 50mm f/2 Summitar Thanks for looking!

wieni Posted June 22, 2010 Share #2 Posted June 22, 2010 Excellent photo! Your father would have lived it. It looks as if the seagull is heading for a journey around the world.
