luigi bertolotti Posted June 5, 2010 Share #2 Posted June 5, 2010 Compliments !!! years and years ago, just for fun, I made severals 3D models of my Leica gear (I have been for years in the CAD biz... , they were the first years of CatiaV5, first version available on Windows...), but my rendering was absoultely not up to your level... my only remark is that the film reminder "windows" on the knob look "drafted and rendered" and not "extruded" as they ought to be. The fonts are superb : perfect on the body, almost perfect on the lens' front ring. For you next effort... try to model a Visoflex with finders to fit into... I remember it was a funny exercise... I had difficulties to render the texture of its body but I suppose you would have no problems about... seeing how you clevely rendered the vulcanite of III f Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
