vicaf Posted June 4, 2010 Share #1 Â Posted June 4, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Greetings - Â I am making a quick trip to Colorado later this month, and I would like to take with me both the X1 and the DL4. I would like to find a compact bag that would allow me to safely carry both in it with room for just spare batteries and SD cards. Any ideas? Â Thanks! vicaf Posted June 4, 2010 Author Share #2 Â Posted June 4, 2010 I forgot to mention that my X1 comes equipped with the optional grip and a Voigtlander viewfinder. Â Thanks again, Â Vic

h00ligan Posted June 4, 2010 Share #5 Â Posted June 4, 2010 Crumpler 3 Million dollar home. You can see what it can hold and available colors here - I prefer and own the brown one - It should hold everything you list, is well made and light.. and inconspicuous. It is made to hold a compact dslr, but has a split divider that comes with it.. was able to carry a gf-1 and x1 in it, with a bit of room for misc things. Added bonus is the velcro can be disabled by pulling some integrated flaps out, so you can either use it, or use the clip.

I went online to B&H, and after looking at the 3 Million Dollar bag, I decided to go a step up and get the 4 Million Dollar bag in black. Â Many thanks! h00ligan Posted June 4, 2010 Share #7 Â Posted June 4, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Glad to help, they are a pretty good solution for inconspicuous. I just realized the flaps to pull out to cover the velcro (heard about them before but couldn't 'find' them, I thought they were stitched on LOL) which took away my one annoyance - the riiiiiiiip of the velcro. When you get your four million will you post a pic of it size related to the x1? I would have thought that was getting a bit outside compact, but haven't seen one in person. FWIW, the 3 million will easily fit the 2 cams, mem cards, batteries, and a microfiber towel (i fold mine over the top) as well as ovf. Depends how compact you go - I wanted small small. Either way you go I'm sure you'll like the bag, they are well made, especially for the modest price point.
