Mehmet.. of course nothing can replace film, slide film.....digital is digital I will be posting my orchids this weekend and make some comments about the DMR..personally I think Leica came up with an excellent product and like so many of their "products" so many people post negative things about it that people soon forget that the DMR is a superb and excellent piece of engineering I have looked at the images from the S2 and my conclusion is the same..digital is digital and film is film..one cannot replace the other.....the nice thing about digital of course is you get immediate feedback and can correct bad assumptions, especially about your light and composition.
