Keep in touch with him through, and go on his list... Its probably shorter than other lists. Tarmarkin in CT called me today that they had some... But given theres no way to get one to find out...here goes the gamble. Given there was no sales tax I splurged for overnight shipping (not a good waiter) and it should be here Friday. The nowinstock site was a great recommendation, others in the us should give that a shot. Thanks to all on the forum, I'm both excited and nervous (no issues please!). Ferry Zievinger Posted May 27, 2010 Share #52 Posted May 27, 2010 Greetings from Antigua, just wire transferred the final payment for my X1 to the Leica dealer in NY, I requested him to order an X1 in December last year and received an email yesterday that it arrived, it will be shipped by FedEx tomorrow and most likely will have it in my hands by Monday or Tuesday . Man I can't wait to unpack this beauty and get shooting with it. I have been reading all these messages regarding the difficulty to get the X1 in the US, I am in Antigua, just lucky I guess.
