fausto1968 Posted May 11, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 11, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Trouble with my M9 profiles. When I program a profile, soft shutter release, sharpening off, boost saturation and low contrast. the profile only remains as long as I am shooting in that mode. If I turn the camera off-on and try to recall the profile it is absent- reset. Advice?

bybrett Posted May 11, 2010 Share #2 Posted May 11, 2010 Save your profile (press set) and rename it by rotating the wheel.

ho_co Posted May 12, 2010 Share #4 Posted May 12, 2010 Welcome to the forum, fausto. I think at one time someone reported that he had the same trouble, but only in one of the profile slots. And I don't remember what the upshot was. Have you tried storing your settings only in a single profile position? Maybe choosing another one would get them to stick? It's not a common problem to my knowledge. Your M9 firmware is the latest available, isn't it?
digitalfx Posted May 12, 2010 Share #5 Posted May 12, 2010 My guess is your changing some parameter in the profile (like ISO), which makes the name disappear only. Your profile is still there, just in a modified form.
