The environment protectors claim that the windmills are making the landscape look ugly - and on the otherside - investors claim that windmills are producing environmentally friendly energy - what to choose? mitchell Posted December 24, 2006 Share #6 Posted December 24, 2006 Nice shot Svenning. I think another aspect of the debate is they kill a lot of birds. Maybe not as many as sky scrapers. There are ornithologists who study bird populations by picking up the thousands of dead birds surrounding sky scapers during migration.
