Advertisement Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Hi Guest Jockele, Take a look here Old MG TC. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
likalar Posted April 3, 2010 Share #2 Posted April 3, 2010 This is a beautiful photograph! The angle, lens choice, light, and tones are so perfect; this could be a painting of this fine car. Even the tires look magical. Great! Larry

Guest Jockele Posted April 10, 2010 Share #9 Posted April 10, 2010 The same in color. That is is better bw or color? Best wishes Jockele
LuxBob Posted April 14, 2010 Share #10 Posted April 14, 2010 I thought that I preferred the BW but the color version keeps telling me there is something more there. When I first saw the BW, it was the 'glow' that impressed me. If it were my shot I would play with the color to see what I could get, possibly enhancing the sky; darken the blue, emphasise the clouds and see if I could lighten up the ground in front of the car. This is also a car that looks good from almost any angle but it has a striking front profile and I might have also tried some shots a little bit more to the left. However, all that said, I wish both the photo and car were mine.
tobey bilek Posted April 15, 2010 Share #11 Posted April 15, 2010 A dear friend had one of these in the early 1960`s. We left his apartment in the Mies Vanderoe glass building on Michigan Ave and went to a small old garage on the North side of Chicago. The cover was removed to reveal a beautiful TC, British racing green naturally. I got to drive it and the experience was memorable. The only way I can describe it is it was like wearing the car and it responded to your every wish faultlessly.
