sarav Posted March 21, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 21, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello to everybody, since I installed C1 PRO 5 and then the latest upgrade, I've no more the aperture number. Does anybody have the same trouble? Thx, Sara.

JWW Posted March 22, 2010 Share #4 Posted March 22, 2010 Make sure you have version 5.1, my M9 info appears on this latest version (but not on earlier versions).
AGeoJO Posted March 22, 2010 Share #5 Posted March 22, 2010 In addition, you have to click on "show viewer labels" from the View Menu. I believe the default setting is not to show that. Hope this helps.
sarav Posted March 22, 2010 Author Share #6 Posted March 22, 2010 In addition, you have to click on "show viewer labels" from the View Menu. I believe the default setting is not to show that. Hope this helps. I tried it, but it doesn't solve the issue. Below the photo I can read: ISO, exposure time and lens type but where I should read the aperture value there is "--". I also tried with DMR shots and there's no aperture value. The problem was first noticed with C1 5.0 PRO and remains with C1 5.1 PRO. I hoped it was a bug of C1 5.0 and so I waited for the upgrade, but suddenly I still have the problem.
AGeoJO Posted March 22, 2010 Share #7 Posted March 22, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Sara, I don't know what else to tell you . One more question, as a last ditch effort, are you using coded lenses and does your camera recognize the lens/lenses?
kidigital Posted March 22, 2010 Share #8 Posted March 22, 2010 I had the same issue, but solved it last week by completely removing C1 and any previous versions of the program that I had on my computer. I then reloaded C1 5.1 Pro and was able to view the aperture settings. I hope this helps. Kurt
sarav Posted March 23, 2010 Author Share #9 Posted March 23, 2010 I had the same issue, but solved it last week by completely removing C1 and any previous versions of the program that I had on my computer. I then reloaded C1 5.1 Pro and was able to view the aperture settings. I hope this helps. Kurt I'll proceed in this way. Next weekend I'm going to remove C1 and reinstall from base. I tried to verify lens recognition and, Yes! Coded lens with recognition active. I've verified because sometime I use manual lens selection with uncoded lenses and forget to reactivate recognition after returning to coded lens. Thank you very much to all of you.
