SiOnara Posted March 16, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 16, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) If you don't want to accidentally go into C mode when using the discreet shutter option I found the below item on eBay thats rather useful. A set of these self adhesive rubber pads measuring 7.5mm. They are clear and stick nicely over the C position making it near impossible to accidentally pop the camera onto C mode. I also found you can turn the camera on faster as the switch automatically stops on the S position. Obviously this puts a spanner in the works if you want to take a self timer shot but since you get 75 feet for £4! you can easily remove it and pop another one on. Advertisement Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Hi SiOnara, Take a look here C mode. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
usayit Posted March 16, 2010 Share #2 Posted March 16, 2010 That's what I did... If you find soft clear silicon feet intended to protect tables from scratches and place it right up against the switch over the "C" it will prevent you from accidentally going into it. I found some "feet" that was soft enough that I can still (with a little effort) get into self timer mode.
