Bixi Posted February 1, 2010 Share #43 Posted February 1, 2010 Last week I receive my Artistan&Artist bag 7100 (“OSKAR'S ONE DAY BAG”). This is my favorite bag for my M9 plus two lenses and some other stuff. And I think that it's quite a sexy bag too! Here is the link to the bag: Artisan&Artist* Bags Best, Bixi

Though the shipping price made me decide to put my love on hold till I get to New York and can pick it up directly ;-) But for anyone interested, PopFlash.Photo seem to have a sale going on on several Artistan&Artist bags and staps (Wonder why they simply can't ship to Denmark!) Marty Posted February 2, 2010 Share #46 Posted February 2, 2010 Dear moderators: I vote for this thread to be made a sticky. Thorsten's site is already in the sticky thread. If he keeps it up to date then no more stickiness required

Overgaard Posted February 2, 2010 Author Share #48 Posted February 2, 2010 I just had my A&A delivered today, superb! Alex at PFP was superb! fantastic service. Don't know whey their online ordering system can't handle Denmark. I mean, we're a kingdom! Maybe I should try e-mail.
Bixi Posted February 2, 2010 Share #49 Posted February 2, 2010 Don't know whey their online ordering system can't handle Denmark. I mean, we're a kingdom! Maybe I should try e-mail. Once I tried to order something from PopFlash into New Zealand. Since the shipping costs seemd to be too unrealistic, I called them up to see what was going on. I had a lovely conversation with the owner and he apologized about the silly shipping costs which were given on his website and he gave me a very realistic price for shipping. I ordered the goods and I was very happy with their service. Thorsten, you might want to call him up. Good luck! You'll love this bag ...

I just mailed with Alex and got an answer and a quote within 5 minutes. So my Oscar bag and black strap is on their way Now Bixi, the interesting thing will be who's got the most bags in their closet. Maybe there should be a bag thread. I have a sixth sense I'm not the only person on the forum who has more than one bag.
ashwinrao1 Posted February 3, 2010 Share #51 Posted February 3, 2010 Now Bixi, the interesting thing will be who's got the most bags in their closet. Maybe there should be a bag thread. I have a sixth sense I'm not the only person on the forum who has more than one bag. Well, I have a few bags, and somehow have found a way to justify too many: Artist and Artisan Oskar's day bag (camera, and 2-3 lenses) Artisan and Artist Image Smith (for 2 cameras, 4 lenses) Billingham Stowaway Pola Bag(small, camera, and 1-2 lenses) Billingham Hadley Pro (a bit more space for camera and 3 + lenses) See, I found a way to justify 4 bags......hahah:D...and I keep hearing about these Fogg bags...but they seem a bit too ornamental and too "steal me" looking (i.e. too nice). My fav's are the Image smith for lugging and the Small Billingham Stowaway. Great great bag...
dong_allen Posted February 3, 2010 Share #52 Posted February 3, 2010 I have one black paint m9 but found yours look just fantastic with the mp style "leica" on top plate!!! just wondering how much leica had charged you for that engrave? and how long it takes? ashwinrao1 Posted February 3, 2010 Share #56 Posted February 3, 2010 Time for me to clear out a bunch of them. They breed in the closet like rabbits. I was thinking the same thing!!!! Now if only the Billingham and A&A surrogated a Fogg bag in the closet. I'd be a happy guy...

jonoslack Posted February 3, 2010 Share #58 Posted February 3, 2010 I just mailed with Alex and got an answer and a quote within 5 minutes. So my Oscar bag and black strap is on their way Now you must buy a Fogg B-Laika - it perfectly fits two M9 bodies with lenses attached with 2 extra lenses - all easily accessible, and it's still a tiny bag. Dealing with bee berman and Nigel Fogg is a delight, and the bags are simply wonderful!

Dealing with bee berman and Nigel Fogg is a delight, and the bags are simply wonderful! I second that! I've had a delightful mail correspondance with Bee as I've ordered a b-laïka. She offered to hand-brand my name on a leather tag on the bag. Nice touch! Now I only need a M9 to put into it.... Åmund
