Advertisement Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Hi qxsky, Take a look here D-lux 4- Can I download different language menu into the camera?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
zenonzinonos Posted January 20, 2010 Share #2 Posted January 20, 2010 Hi, by any chance someone would know or have done this before? pls advice. Thanks. No need to download anything - you can change the language by pressing on the 'menu' button, 'settings' and selecting 'language' which will then give you the various options available - see page 17 in the manual (which you can download here : Leica Camera AG - Downloads)
regedit Posted January 20, 2010 Share #3 Posted January 20, 2010 I think he/she mean other languages than the six provided embed. The answer is no, I think there is no known possibility to expand the languages.
griffster Posted January 20, 2010 Share #4 Posted January 20, 2010 Yeah, when I was in Japan I wanted to buy an LX3, but the menus were only in Japanese. The salesperson said it wasn't possible to change the language.
