Michael Hiles Posted January 18, 2010 Share #1 Posted January 18, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) On weekends I am surrounded by much periwinkle, at least during the summer. It makes a lovely carpet in the old hills north of Montreal, and can make interesting pictures. Shows (IMHO) that foliage can be done with good effect in B&W. pauledell Posted January 18, 2010 Share #2 Posted January 18, 2010 Michael, A great effect in b&w. Nice tonal seperation and sharpness. Lovely water droplets also. I doubt that you walk on this carpet. Paul
Michael Hiles Posted January 20, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted January 20, 2010 Thanks Paul - comments appreciated. This stuff grows very slowly but is just lovely when it takes hold. It also makes excellent ground cover that holds slopes and hills in place.
