I feel that might have made the skyline too jagged. But it will help if you get rid of the converging verticals, although there's not enough space at the sides of the present image to do so without re-shooting (or did you crop it from something wider?). People and stray dogs do not frequent this area- the rats are too big. Any time you need figures in a townscape, just dial 112 on your mobile and tell them someone's taking photographs.
