SuperFish Posted December 27, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 27, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello all, This morning I have been shooting with my Leica M3 single stroke. When I came to the last few frames of my film I realised the finder frame selector was resting in the 135mm location. It now keeps coming to rest in that position and I'm clueless to how this happened as I don't believe the camera took a knock at any time. I can move the selector to the 90mm and 50mm positions however it keeps coming back to rest in the 135mm position I'm located in Nottingham UK and would appreciate any help on how I may resolve this problem. Thank for any help in advance, Richard

earleygallery Posted December 27, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 27, 2009 Have you tried removing the lens, moving the lever a few times and remounting the lens. Might work.

doubice Posted December 28, 2009 Share #4 Posted December 28, 2009 Hello all, ........I can move the selector to the 90mm and 50mm positions however it keeps coming back to rest in the 135mm position ........ Richard That is exacly how the frame selector should work if there is no lens mounted on the camera...... I would be worried if it did not do that...... You did not mention whether you had a lens mounted and if so, which one? Best, Jan
