menos I M6 Posted December 23, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 23, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) A dark parking lot, EPSON R-D1, as usual, fixed at ISO 1600 and one wide open Leica lens (I think, it was the 35 Cron ASPH in this case). I don't care so much about the new BMWs - this scene catched my eye for the stark geometry of the floor marks and wall paint of the parking lot, combined with a fast car. "fast garage" more EPSON R-D1 photographs @ ISO 1600 - ISO 12800 on my website here

stuny Posted December 23, 2009 Share #3 Posted December 23, 2009 The styling of BMWs in general has seldom pleased me (the 507 and the Z8 are very lovely exceptions), but your photo is excellent for composition, geometry, light, contrast and tonal range. Thanks Stu for the kind words and I am with you with the BMW styling. I think, there is just one classic car missing, you didn't mention - The M1 (which design wise is not really a BMW at all ;-) )
h00ligan Posted January 3, 2010 Share #5 Posted January 3, 2010 nice photo! I'm an e46 m3 owner - but the newer bangle has not pleased me - I'm glad he's gone. In many ways i preferred my e36 m3.
