jimbo035 Posted December 19, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 19, 2009 Nothing will happen unless the camera's battery is fully charged. (e.g. two out of three sectors of the battery level indicator is not enough, as I discovered after reading the installation instructions more carefully))

andybarton Posted December 19, 2009 Share #5 Posted December 19, 2009 When you open the card on the Mac, if it's been formatted on the camera, does it have any empty folders or is it empty itself? If the latter, just drag and drop the update file (unzipped) onto the empty card then insert the card into the camera and follow the instructions to update

I tried transferring file to SD card -> Ok ~ but then nothing happens when I put it into the camera and start the Update process.. H E L P The ROOT file is the empty card...it just means the top level. If on the mac just drag the BIN file onto the Card icon on your desktop Cheers Chris
