scsambrook Posted December 11, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 11, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) In 1968 I bought my first new Leica, an M2 serial number 1 144 000 - it cost £126 which sounds cheap now but wasn't then. Twenty-odd years later when I was out of work and flat boke I sold it at a camera shop in Hull, England. I wonder if anyone reading the forum has "my" old camera? Just like to know how it is! david werbeloff Posted December 12, 2009 Share #4 Posted December 12, 2009 Hmmmm, maybe there could be a "sticky" topic for people to post the serial numbers of cameras and lenses they wish they'd never sold... I, for one, would love to know where some of the pieces of Leitz equipment I've sold in the past have ended up. Just a thought... Best, David
