pauledell Posted December 9, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 9, 2009 Robert, A great series of a serious weapon. The Fort Wayne ANG is going to get a wing of the Warthogs soon, replacing F16's. Paul
stuny Posted December 9, 2009 Share #3 Posted December 9, 2009 Robert - Excellent set that captures much of the feeling of the A-10. The A-10 is very cheap to acquire and maintain, has long range, is durable and deadly. Paul - Replace F16s with A-10s? That's strange unless the Ft. Wayne ANG is preparing for a completely different mission profile.

I don't understand their rational either, but it will be interesting to hear them fly over. They have a distinctive noise. Paul
