Summaron 35mm f/3.5

Artorius

Depends on which Summaron you refer to : the FOOKH is for the old Summaron screw mount with the then standard A36 type mount (like Elmar 50), and has the typical clamp screw to fit it to the mount; filters are the same (A36 type) and the filter mount is made to accomodate the same hood onto it.

After that version, the Summaron 3,5 was made with a standard E39 threaded filter mount - practically identical to the one still used, for example, on the Summicron 35 asph... and for the hoods is the same story... the above quoted 12504 is a "modern" one, but you can use, for instance, also the older (metal) IROOA - 12571

As Luigi says.

Sartorius' book on lenses also mentions the ITDOO hood for the second (A39, rectilinear focus) version of the screw mount lens. That hood is basically the earlier version of the IROOA.

In the end it comes down to how "historically accurate" you wish to be I guess. ;)
