mtomalty Posted December 3, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 3, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to track down a thread from way back when the original M8 was released. It was authored by a digital printing master, whose name I can't recall, and was focussed on the ability of the M8 files to be enlarged to large sizes and his process for achieving the results. ChrisC Posted December 6, 2009 Share #4 Posted December 6, 2009 Mark - It was David Adamson's thread which convinced me finally to downsize to the M8, he was extraordinarily generous with his knowledge - I only wish he would visit the forum more often with contributions. I haven't re-read them, but here are a couple more threads I bookmarked for some good reason - they may add something about large printing for you : http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/leica-m8-forum/34540-big-enlargements-m8.html http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/digital-post-processing-forum/65276-image-upsizing-large-prints.html .................
