mikeyt Posted November 30, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 30, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) hi all, new boy here, very excited about getting his M9 (hopefully before christmas!) I cant really stretch to a new ASPH 1.4 50 right now, and the two stores I asked about it said they're on backorder anyway. There are a few older non-ASPH lenses for sale out there, with quite a wide spread of prices depending on age. Is this just a general depreciation & cosmetic condition thing or were there ongoing developments of the lens over time, before the new ASPH version? should I try and get a later version? many thanks mike
