The Leica 90/f2 AA is much more versatile than I expected. I picked it up for portrait shots, but it is good for much more.

Below is one of my first shots with the 90. I know it is a bit in your face (pun intended), but I wanted to see the framing at the closest focusing distance. Shot at f2 with focus point on left eye. crop of the left eye is included. The subject is a family member who was kind enough to pose for me on Thanksgiving.

Here are a couple landscape shots taken with the 90. I sometimes like to use longer lenses for landscapes to compress the image. This worked pretty well on the shot of the stream. The stream was in deep shadows and the colors on the water are reflections from the nearby sunny mountainside of fallen leaves.

Last ones. The first of this buch was shot at f2 with the focus point on the word "wagon". Although not the best, I just had to include one wildlife shot. It is funny that I used the M8/ 90 combo for deer photo, becuase I had a Canon 5D mounted to a 500/f4 IS in my vehicle which I would have normally used.
