Vertical line on M8.2 images

I was fooling around with white balance at various ISO settings on my M8.2 this evening and picked up this vertical line in all of the images at all ISO settings, it's more visible from 640 & up. I bought the camera new in November last year, so it's just within warranty.

Can I assume that this is the dreaded vertical line problem?

Interesting...

It looks like it's not really vertical but 1 or 2 degrees counterclockwise. I've never seen this. Maybe the camera wasn't really horizontal, but the TV set seems to be horizontal to me.

I've had a look at it on the camera viewfinder and you're right it's not entirely parallel to the frame, probably 1/2 a degree off vertical.

I've looked at other threads here regarding the vertical line problem and it appears to be the same.

This is surely a vertical line problem, event if it is only in 1 picture in very 1000 shots, it will getting worst by the time comes.

I experience that, when I bought in 2007 my M8 only show 1 picture like that, now is 1% in iso 160 is noticable, and more than 5% is noticable in iso 1250 and above.
