Advertisement Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Hi blovitch, Take a look here More Cars.... I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
abrewer Posted November 25, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 25, 2006 I recognize the car but can't remember the series...not F-BMW, not F-Renault, not A1GP...what the heck is it then? Nice image Tim. I miss the racing season already. Are those intermediates? Time for a switch to full wets! Thanks. Allan
blovitch Posted November 25, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted November 25, 2006 It is an old Formula 1 car.. The series is TGP - Thorough Bred Grand Prix.... Highly entertaining, and great to see some real old F1 machinery being driven as intended. Thanks. -Tim
Michael-IIIf Posted November 25, 2006 Share #4 Posted November 25, 2006 Allan, It's a 1982 Williams Ford Cosworth FW08. I think it might be Keke Rosberg's car. Michael
abrewer Posted November 25, 2006 Share #5 Posted November 25, 2006 Thanks Tim. Thanks Michael. The thought of vintage F1 crossed my mind, but the side air intake led me away from that. And yes, I see the "-berg" behind the driver's head now. Time flies: Nico just finished the season with Cosworth behind him in the Williams...things change, things remain the same. Thanks. harmsr Posted November 25, 2006 Share #7 Posted November 25, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'd love to see more. I can't wait until we get Champ cars here in Phoenix for '07. Nascar is getting old. Ray
