I've noticed when using exposure compensation with the M10, often when i review photograph I've just taken on the screen, the exposure compensation information reads back incorrectly. If set at zero compensation (doesn't matter if it's set via the menu or with the thumb wheel), the screen will show it correctly. If I set the exposure compensation to -0.3 or -0.7 (or +0.3, etc.), it will occasionally read correctly when I review the image, but most often it shows up on the screen as -3.0. Is anyone else experiencing this oddness? I am using the latest firmware, fwiw. I have searched the forum for any notes on this, but if I have missed something from others about this issue, apologies in advance. -kim

Hey Folks, while I work with M and Auto ISO , I use the exposure compensation to control the brightness of the scene. i programmed one of the front buttons to enter the mode. now in this mode to me it would be convenient if both wheels would change the values. not only the back wheel . if I enter the magnification mode for focusing , both wheels react ! what do you think? would it bother you if both wheels control the EV? do you get confused by this behavior? who would like to change the behavior? hope you did a good picture today …. have a nice Sunday …. peter

I have had M11P for a week now and just upgraded today to newest firmware. I think this was not the case before but I can not say for sure. I have noticed that when using the thumb wheel as exposure compensation the screen turns on with compensation scale showing, even when I am looking through the viewfinder. Is there a way of keeping it off?
