bill Posted March 24, 2008 Share #1 Posted March 24, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was in Guildford on Easter Saturday, my M7 in my bag with half a roll of Kodak 400CN to use up from my weekend in Seville. I had nothing particular in mind. I was fortunate to be sitting in a coffee bar - above Waterstones, in the pictures - when I noticed the street being cleared below. I left my Earl Grey and strolled down, as a passion play started. I am not a religious man, but this was an impressive performance by all concerned. I was particularly amused - if that is the right word - by the backgrounds. A Bureau de Change behind "Christ", the frontage of Marks and Spencer, and Cafe Nero for the Roman legionnaires. roguewave Posted March 24, 2008 Share #3 Posted March 24, 2008 Excellent reportage. I think this story has leggs. Good snaps should help to spread the word. Like the distinguished looking chap in the steel helmet. I want him on my side.
