lightpainter Posted April 8, 2007 Share #1 Posted April 8, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) took my M8 and my Nocti for a walk, wanting to do a test series with the Nocti fully open to examine front or back focus; I had to be quick, so the lens stayed wide open for this unexpected shot; I do not think it is 100% sharp, but at least the hairstyle looks 100% sharp

stuny Posted April 9, 2007 Share #2 Posted April 9, 2007 Heiner - Very amusing. All it needed was some sharpening....

hiphop Posted April 9, 2007 Share #5 Posted April 9, 2007 shot LR should also work perfectly for the sharpening. Thanks for sharing keeping us laughing. Pierre-Olivier
stuny Posted April 9, 2007 Share #6 Posted April 9, 2007 Heiner - I sitll use ACD See, which came with my first digital camera (Digilux 2, which I used as recently as yesterday -- See the "Sarah & Yyler" post in the People section). My workflow generally is to adjust the tilt of the horizon if necessary, crop if necessary, adjust exposure if necessary, resize, and then adjust the sharpening slider until I see what I think is best.
