luigi bertolotti Posted October 3, 2011 Share #1 Posted October 3, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Crozzon di Brenta (3100 mtr around) is one of the most spectacular peaks of Brentagruppe in Italy , its west face going down for about 1000 meters in the valley. This is a winter view of it, taken with a 75mm Not many people know that just on its top there is a small bivouac made of metal sheet, very little but sufficient to recover climbers that, typically, need a full day to reach the summit, and have a long and difficult descent to afford. This Saturday I was in the area, and, given a fine clarity of air, decided to try a very laborious photo of it, taken with my "monster" Telyt 800 f 6,3 (on M8... which is a 1067 mm equiv.... ) ; not dissatisfied with the result... even if the bivouac in itself, stroke by falling sun's rays, is completely burnout.
