Coastal

This album carries my work done on the coast, mostly in the Charleston, South Carolina region of the United States.  It is part of an ongoing project that deals with the results of human interaction with our protective coast and the effect on the natural resources.  For example, the oysters clean dirty water, so they may not be collected after storms for several weeks, and the marsh grasses produce more oxygen per square meter than the amazon rain forests.  These types of important environmental healing must be protected, yet it appears to be human nature to disrupt that process.
