johnbuckley Posted September 22, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 22, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm an enthusiast, not a pro. And I don't usually write about topics other than rock'n'roll on my blog. Having had the M9 for a day, I felt compelled to write. Hope this resonates for some. jonoslack Posted September 22, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 22, 2009 Why wasn't I there!!!! Duane Allman at the Fillmore East (sigh). I really enjoyed that (and was flattered). To be honest, I never really had a beef about full frame or otherwise, but I quite agree with your feelings - the M9 is like a sigh of relief after other digital cameras. and you say it so nicely! Jager Posted September 22, 2009 Share #5 Posted September 22, 2009 Wonderful words, John! You capture not just the specifics of the M9 well, but the larger Leica mystique, as well. I'm only jealous mine has not yet arrived!
