Hi, all - sorry if this is a re-tread thread, but I didn't find specifics in the forum search. Is there any particular reason to choose one of these units over the other when using with an MP? If possible, please stick to the Leica flash info rather than heading off to Metz-land. Thanks, and

Cheers,

Mike

2 solid reasons, 1 wishy washy one:

1. The SF-24 allows for you to select from 6 auto stop settings, the SF-20 only 3.

2. The SF-24 comes with wide and tele clip-on lenses, the SF-20 only wide.

3. The SF-24 used to be available in a titanium/chrome plastic finish, which matches the chrome MP much better.
