Tethered Shooting with M9 Camera Controlled?

Just got an M9 last week.

Of course, I think its wonderful -- just what's been needed for some time now. I have not used an M8/8.2 (although have used many various from IIIc to M7 -- just took a pass on the M8).

Using Windows, images are easily transferred using a USB connection. Lightroom, PS, or just Windows explorer, with PTP or Mass Storage mode, works great.

So, is there a solution for USB tethered shooting? Using folder watching in Lightroom or Photoshop does not appear to be a solution for tethered shooting since (1) the camera will not fire when connected to a computer via Mass Storage mode and (2) the camera does not show up as a watchable folder when connected in PTP mode.

Further, is there software available which can control the M9 shooting from the computer? I understand that originally there was a program called "Leica Digitial Capture" that came with the M8. I've seen it diescribed in pretty disparaging terms and it appears that its long since no not supprorted by Leica. So, is there any alternative solution?

I'm not advocating tethered shooting with the M9, or taking a position on its merit. Just want to understand the capabilities available with the M9. Thanks.
