This is the beautiful wide strap that was selling for $72.95 USD. I was lucky and found two new ones for two of my 'Rs'. After getting the runaround from a number of NYC dealers; " oh we can get that for in in 10-14 days". Right. Wrong. I called Leica this morning and spoke to the head of the service department. He advised me that all those dealers were blowing hot air. Leica discontinued them and as far as the US goes,

there ain't no mo. I decided to buy a couple of the 'bra' straps. One of those items when you never know when one on a camera will bite the dust. I've got a 'bra' strap on my R 105-280 f 4.2. That helps to relieve a great deal of weight on the R lens mount. This in addition to a strap on the body.
