Which viewfinder do I need to purchase for a 24mm Summilux lens, to use on my M8?

Thanks.

The 24 mm frame-lines are provided in the M8 finder, however you can choose to use an external one of course. The new Leica 24 external finder contains frame lines for a 24x36 camera as well as a set of crop marks that apply for the M8.

It does cost a lot however!

The Zeiss and Cosina 25 finders will not work for you. They will work if you are using film or a 24x36 sensor (!), however.

You would need one made for 32mm on film, approximately for a 24mm on the M8..
