I finally called my dealer today (high volume Leica with connections) after I saw the video announcement on the Leica website. He said there REALLY IS an M9 and that it IS FULL FRAME. He has no idea how they managed to do it, what the cost will be, if the M8.2 will stick around, or what other announcements there are for the 9th of September. The process is self-sustaining. But I have pre-ordered a M9 with my dealer. So maybe that makes ME a source ...
